Application
These capacitors are for use on dc supplies and are used for general purposes, particularly in electronic equipment.
Construction
The capacitors are self healing, dry MKP technology. Elements are enclosed in a cylindrical aluminium case filled with vegetable-oil based, non toxic, biodegradable, environmentally friendly, solid matter. The case is fitted with an overpressure disconnector and an M12 mounting stud, which is also used for the protective conductor connection.
No discharge resistors are fitted, parameters and dimensions are listed in the table below.
